Sometimes, very rarely, a client might feel unhappy about an aspect of our service. If you feel in any way dissatisfied, there are three things you can do:

1. Talk to our Managing Director first. You can call Lisney’s MD on (01) 638 2700. We have an open door policy and if you’re not happy we want to hear about it.

2. Talk to the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI). Contact the SCSI on (01) 644 5500. This is the representative body of most estate agents and it operates rules of conduct to which all members must adhere. It carries out monitoring, investigation and disciplinary procedures when these rules are broken.

3. Talk to the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PRSA). Contact the PSRA on 046-903 3800. This is the licencing body of all firms providing property services in Ireland and it carries out investigations and adjudication of complaints made against any property
