Sometimes, very rarely, a client might feel unhappy about an aspect of our service. If you feel in any way dissatisfied, there are three things you can do:

1. Talk to our MD First, call Lisney’s managing director on (01) 638 2700. We have an open door policy and if you’re not happy we want to hear about it.

2. Talk to the SCSI Or contact the Society of Chartered Surveyors Northern Ireland (SCSI) on (01) 644 5500. This is the representative body of most estate agents and it operates rules of conduct to which all members must adhere. It carries out monitoring, investigation and disciplinary procedures when these rules are broken.
