Glenkrag has also renewed its two-unit lease, totalling over 68,000sq. ft. of first-class industrial space in Kilroot Business Park, for another fifteen years.<\/p>\n<p>Jointly marketed by commercial property agents Lisney along with McConnell Chartered Surveyors on behalf of London-based Canmoor, Kilroot Business Park is renowned for its world-class facilities and is also home to Amazon and FedEx.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Gawley, Director at Lisney, commented:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKilroot Business Park remains the largest unbroken, single ownership industrial estate in Northern Ireland and its high-profile clients have established it as a leading location for the distribution sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRyobi and Glenkrag continue to establish themselves as key-players in their respective industries, while the Kilroot site continues to be a catalyst for economic growth in the area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe improvements to local infrastructure, including the A2, have improved the ease of access into the park, and the superb location combined with low rental costs makes Kilroot Business Park a very attractive offering.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The park is located close to both Belfast City Airport and Belfast International Airport, as well as being within 10 miles of both Belfast Harbour and Larne Harbour.<\/p>\n<p>Rory McConnell, Director at McConnell Chartered Surveyors, added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted that both Ryobi and Glenkrag are continuing to see high levels of success in Kilroot Business Park.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemand in the industrial sector is expected to stay strong throughout 2018, further highlighting the need for high-class facilities such as Kilroot.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe limited space in Belfast-based industrial parks has helped to attract a portfolio of international clients, as Kilroot Business Park boasts over 60 acres of space and two development sites.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leading component manufacturer Ryobi and Glenkrag, the largest supplier to the pets and aquatics trade in Northern Ireland, have extended their take up at the popular Kilroot Business Park.
