The period property, located on Marlborough Park and fronting the Malone Road, has come to the market due to the planned relocation of the Action Cancer charity to new premises in spring 2018.<\/p>\n
Built in 1917, the property has been occupied by Action Cancer since 1975 for use as the charity\u2019s breast screening clinic, therapeutic support centre and headquarters.<\/p>\n
