Offers above \u00a32 million are being invited for the portfolio which comprises 26 fully-let studio apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Set over three floors in Ireland\u2019s tallest building, the studios have an unique and innovative design, setting them apart from the other apartments in the building.<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Chambers, Associate Director, Lisney, commented:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Obel building helped reshape the Belfast skyline when it was first launched and is now considered one of the city\u2019s most iconic buildings.<\/p>\n<p>This opportunity comprises all the studios available in the building which are located on floors 1 to 3 and offers a secure, functional living space that provides the perfect hub for experiencing city life and all that Belfast has to offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese studios, which have been designed to optimise living and working space, are very much different to the other apartments available at Obel, providing urban dwellers with a space that can be tailored to cater for the on-the-go lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe studios, like the building itself, reflect the changing face of Belfast as the city becomes more closely aligned with other major European centres.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lisney.com\/belfast\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/03\/Obel_Studios_FINAL_IMAGES-01_REDUCED.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<em>The Obel, which opened in 2011, is a 27-storey complex comprising 233 luxury apartments and 52,462 sq ft of grade A office accommodation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stephen said the Obel Studios instruction has come at a busy time for the agency.<\/p>\n<p>He added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince the beginning of the year, we have agreed a number of sub \u00a33 million investments for sale illustrating that the sector is resilient and performing well at this level.<\/p>\n<p>We are also currently advising clients on several landmark investments that we expect to bring to market over coming months.<\/p>\n<p>Lisney has also been instructed to sell a fully-let car showroom at 18 Boucher Way and a major residential development site in Portrush with planning permission for 24 apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Lloyd Hannigan, Chartered Surveyor, Lisney, added:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe site at 3-5 Lansdowne Crescent in Portrush has generated a huge amount of interest given its prime location and scale of the opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevelopers are keen to offer a premium product in the town and capitalise on the anticipation ahead of the Open golf championship to be held there next year.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lisney has been instructed to sell Obel Studios, part of the landmark Obel Tower Development in Belfast.
