Lisney is the sole letting agent for Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow. When the tenant of Unit 11 was placed into examinership our task was to find a new tenant.
An existing tenant of the centre was identified as a potential target for the unit as they could provide a complementary use, which would also add to the tenant mix for the overall centre.
Terms were agreed and a letting was transacted quickly, so there was a limited vacancy period. The tenant took a 10-year lease.
