Lisney is pleased to have been instructed by the Roche Group to obtain tenants for the reconfigured mixed-use building situated on South Main Street, Naas.   Terms are currently being negotiated with a number of potential tenants. This is a large and important project for the town, especially in

  • Ground floor Retail Mall with 10+ retail outlets and 2 Anchor Units of between 15,000 and 35,000 sq. ft.
  • On Basement level, with travelators and lift access, there will be the 286-space car park dedicated to the ground floor retail. The developer will create a user-friendly layout to include finishes, lighting and trolley bays.
  • The Roche Group will operate a pharmacy on ground floor of 6,000 sq. ft. under their “Vista” brand and a medical use GP clinic.
  • Following on from the major success of the Roche Group’s Vista PCC it is intended (subject to planning permission) to change the first floor retail to a Primary Care Centre of up to 100,000 sq. ft.
  • The service yard and car parks have excellent HGV Access / direction flows for traffic.
  • Project Architects - Demesne Architects - well advanced in redesign details to make the property and the entrances significantly more prominent and inviting
  • Preparations and planning approvals are expected to have been achieved by Spring 2022 with works to commence shortly thereafter.
  • Units available for tenant fit out from Spring 2023.
  • The refurbishment of the Five Lamps Licensed Premises has been carried out for continuing use as a licensed premises and restaurant. On completion The Forge licensed premises will provide a Cafe Bar and Restaurant with canopied outside seating on the new street.
