David McCarthy

Director, Cork Commercial

David McCarthy is a Chartered Surveyor and Director based in the Cork office. David has over 14 years of experience in all aspects of property-related matters and specialises in the commercial sector in Munster, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions, and lettings, landlord & tenant advice as well as extensive experience in valuations and development appraisals.

Some of David’s key clients include: Cork City Council, TII, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Melcorpo, Kroll, Blackstone, O’Flynn Group, Bennett Construction, Permanent TSB, Bank of Ireland, and Allied Irish Bank.

David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. He is an RCIS Registered Valuer and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
