Director, Valuation and Advisory
Helen is a Director in Lisney’s Professional Services Department with over 19 years of experience in Valuations and Advisory. She has specialised in providing one-off or portfolio valuations for Secured Lending, Company Accounts, Probate and other legal purposes.
Helen joined Lisney in 2006 and has extensive experience in all aspects of the Commercial & Residential markets including Investments, Development land appraisals, Student Accommodation and PRS.
Recent experience includes instructions on behalf of Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, Yew Grove, Davy and Deutsche Bank.
Helen holds a BSc in Property Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
