Chairperson and Senior Director

Margaret is Chairperson of Lisney based in our Cork office. She has an impressive 30 years of experience in all aspects of the property market. She specialises in the commercial sector in Munster, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions and lettings, landlord & tenant advice as well as extensive experience in professional services, valuations and development appraisals.

By managing various projects at all stages, from initiation through to delivery and final sign-off, Margaret has gained extensive and valuable experience in business and project management. Some of the more extensive of these projects include the coordination of valuation of substantial property portfolios for various financial institutions together with acting as Arbitrator in rent review disputes as she is on the Panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts at the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.

Some of Margaret’s key clients include AIB Bank, Bank of Ireland, Revenue Commissioners, CIE, KPMG, EY, Blackstone, Cork City Council and O’Flynn Construction.

Margaret is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
