Director, Development Land

As our director responsible for development & land, Ross specialises in the valuation, sale and acquisition of not only land but also hotels, licenced premises, leisure properties and nursing homes throughout Ireland.

His particular expertise in the development of land covers the sale of all types of landholdings, with and without planning permission, suburban and city sites and all types of schemes from high-density high rise to mixed-use large schemes. He also provides expert advice on the structuring of joint venture development agreements and assembling development opportunities and he regularly carries out commercial and residential development appraisals.

Ross has vast experience in selling and acquiring development land throughout Ireland and has recently completed many projects for our private clients, banks, NAMA, local authorities, government departments, the HSE, receivers and Dublin City Council. He has assisted with sales of golf clubs, farmland and quarries and regularly provides Expert Witness Statements and evidence in Court.

Ross holds a Diploma in Environmental Economics, a BSc in Surveying and an MA from Trinity College Dublin. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
