Leading commercial property agency, Lisney, has been instructed to invite expressions of interest for a seafront regeneration development opportunity in Glenarm Harbour on behalf of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council.

Overlooking the Marina and Glenarm River, the 1.2 acre Eglinton Yard site presents an opportunity to return Eglinton Yard to a suitable economic use that will contribute towards the wider regeneration and tourism ambitions of Glenarm.

Currently vacant, the site includes an open sided warehouse, a number of outbuildings and a substantial hardcore yard area.
