Five Storey Grade A Office Building Available To Let In Belfast City Centre
21st March 2017
Almost 14,000 sq ft of Grade A office space has become available on Gloucester Street in Belfast’s city centre. Northern Court comprises c. 13,785 sq ft of office accommodation and is available in its entirety, or on a floor-by-floor basis.
The building is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment to provide fully air-conditioned, Grade A accommodation. The first phase of work is expected to last c. six weeks with space being fit for occupation from the end of April 2017.

Lloyd Hannigan, Chartered Surveyor at Lisney Belfast, commented:
“The shortage of Grade A office space in Belfast has been well documented and we welcome any new stock coming online which will help to alleviate the current supply-demand deficit. We have been enthused by the level of initial interest, both from indigenous and FDI occupiers.
“Northern Court is consistent with the ongoing trend of new office products being offered via refurbished buildings which will continue to bridge the gap while the development pipeline gathers momentum.
“The landlord of the building is encouraged by the current health of the city centre office market and as a result has taken the decision to refurbish the building on a speculative basis. Given the accessible location of the building and the proximity to the City Hall we would hope that a relatively short marketing period will be required to secure tenants for the available space”.
