Leading commercial property agent Lisney has welcomed major UK jewellery company Warren James to the Richmond Centre in Derry, with the opening of the new store creating seven new jobs.
The Stockport-headquartered jewellery chain, which operates 190 stores throughout the UK, opened its doors in the Derry shopping centre on Saturday (14th May). It is the fifth Warren James store to open in Northern Ireland, marking the firm’s continuing expansion locally.
The retailer’s other Northern Ireland stores are in Belfast, Lisburn, Newry and Newtownards.
Nicky Finnieston, Director of Retail and Investment at Lisney, who managed the deal to lease the 1,112 sq ft unit to Warren James commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Warren James to The Richmond Centre and help facilitate the chain’s expansion in Northern Ireland. The retailer was highly impressed by the centre’s strong tenant line-up and excellent footfall, making it the preferred location for its North West business.”
