Lisney’s Northern Ireland office is in the running for three major industry awards on Friday.

The agency has been shortlisted in two categories at the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards, as well as in the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award.

Lynn Taylor, a Chartered Surveyor at Lisney Northern Ireland, is shortlisted in the Young Agent of the Year category at the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards, while Lisney’s Hilden Mill entry is shortlisted in the Deal of the Year category.

Meanwhile, on the UK-wide stage, Lloyd Hannigan has been shortlisted in the Property Agency (Residential and Commercial) category of the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award.

The Belfast Telegraph awards ceremony takes place at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel, with the RICS event being held at the Hilton London Bankside Hotel.
