Lynn Taylor, a Chartered Surveyor at Lisney Northern Ireland has been named the Young Agent of the Year at a major awards ceremony.

Lynn received the accolade at the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards at Belfast’s Crowne Plaza Hotel. Meanwhile, Lisney’s Hilden Mill entry was Highly Commended in the Deal of the Year category at the event.

Lynn joined Lisney in 2015 and works between the firm’s Belfast and Dublin offices. Earlier this year, she became Chairperson of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Matrics following two years as Vice-Chairperson of the organisation.

A specialist in the telecommunications sector, Lynn also takes the lead on Fixed Charge Receivership tender opportunities for Lisney.
