Our success is built on people. We help all of our team members to develop their careers and meet their personal goals through an ongoing learning and development programme. This keeps us all well informed so we can think creatively for our clients.

Lisney has over 120 employees serving thousands of Northern Irish and global clients. We’re a private limited company, exclusively owned by the directors, each of whom work full-time with us. We’re all investors in each other, from our daily work, to our in-house training, and our industry-leading graduate programme. We only recruit and train the most talented professionals in our industry, and we’re constantly learning from each other. What can we learn from you?

Making graduates feel at home

Lisney has the most highly respected graduate programme in the Northern Irish property industry, focused on developing your technical, interpersonal, teamwork and organisational skills.
We offer all our graduates all the experience and training necessary to complete their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), which is required to become a chartered surveyor and full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Northern Ireland and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

When I started in Lisney I was working in the busy Drumcondra Office, here I learned the systems and assisted with all aspects of the role from the initial sales appointment, putting the property on the market, negotiations and closing a sale. In my second year I was fortunate enough to work in other offices where I got experience in the Lettings department.

The graduate programme lasts two to three years, and during this time you’ll get a chance to gain hands-on experience in at least two Lisney departments — and this will help you decide whether you’d prefer the Residential pathway or the Commercial pathway. You’ll get feedback at every stage, and we won’t put you forward for the APC exams until you’re ready. We’re ready to work with you to hit your career goals.
