• Proof of funds, by way of a bank statement or letter from a bank, accountant or solicitor.
• Purchasing entity/person/s names and full contact details.
• Purchaser ID for all associated parties – passport / driving licence & utility bill (dated within the last 2 months)
• Your solicitor details.
• Proposed completion date.
• Any conditions associated with your bid.

The site is approximately 0.3 acres and is laid in a ‘T’ shape.

The former station comprises a three storey building, a two-storey building and a one-story building, all interlinked with three stairwells. The building is of traditional construction and is cellular in layout.

The open area at the front of the land is currently fenced and access to the site is through double vehicular gates onto Seaview Street with pedestrian access onto York Road.

There is a small yard situated between the main front building and the small rear building, with a row of outbuildings along the southern boundary of the site.
