We have now been instructed to set a closing date on the above land, please find the closing date information below.

We also would like to highlight the following information;

• Any bids must be cash, unconditional and be able to complete in 8 weeks or less once in legals
• The site has previously been refused for planning for 7 houses
• NIHE have received a planning opinion that the site may not be suitable for even 1 house due to crown spread of the trees to the rear of site.
• We would recommend that all parties seek their own planning opinion in relation to any proposal for the land.

Initial bids must be placed prior to 12 NOON ON TUESDAY 26^TH MARCH 2024 ensure inclusion in the next round of bidding.

We will only be accepting further bids after this date from parties who have already made an initial bid, providing the info below.
