Cathal Ryan
Surveyor, Valuation & Advisory
Cathal joined Lisney after completing a BSc in Property Valuation and Management at the Technological University of the Shannon.
His role involves assisting in valuations for various purposes such as secured lending, fund reporting, and brokerage advice, and working on behalf of clients such as Bank of Ireland, AIB, and Davy.
Cathal previously worked in a similar role in the Commercial office in Cork. He has enrolled in his APC and aims to become a chartered surveyor in the future.
