Christopher Belton

Divisional Director, Investments

Christopher is a Chartered Surveyor and a Divisional Director within Lisney’s Investment Department and specialises in the sale and acquisition of commercial investment property in Ireland.

He joined Lisney in 2012, having previously worked with CBRE and DNG Commercial Property in valuation, retail development, and other commercial agency roles.

Christopher has provided strategic advice and valuations on key investment and development assets across Ireland with a primary focus in Dublin.

Recently he has been advising on a variety of instructions for clients including NAMA, Electricity Supply Board (ESB), The Central Bank of Ireland, New Ireland Assurance plc, SSGA and Aviva.

Recent agency experience includes advising New Ireland Assurance plc in their acquisition of 10-12 Trinity Street & 16-17 St Andrew’s Street Dublin 2 in June 2018 and the sale of the largest logistics investment in Ireland in 2018 at Dublin Airport Logistics Park in Q4 2018 to a UK Logistics fund.
