David McCarthy is a Chartered surveyor and Divisional Director based in the Cork office. David has over 12 years’ experience in all aspects of property related matters and specialises in the commercial sector in Munster, particularly in commercial sales, acquisitions and lettings, landlord & tenant advice as well as extensive experience in valuations and development appraisals.
Some of David’s key clients include: Cork City Council, TII, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Duff & Phelps, Blackstone, O’Flynn Group, Bennett Construction, Ulster Bank, Bank of Ireland and Allied Irish Bank.
David holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate. He is an RCIS Registered Valuer and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
