An initial bid must include the following:

• The bid in Pounds Sterling.
• Proof of funds must be provided, by way of a bank statement or letter from a bank, accountant or solicitor.
• Purchaser name and full contact details.
• Purchaser ID – passport / driving licence and utility bill (dated within the last 2 months).
• Solicitor’s details.
• Any conditions associated with the bid.

Failure to include the above information with an initial bid will result in exclusion from further bidding.

Please note, the vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest, or indeed any offer made.

The subject land comprises a flat, square field / former playing ground of c. 0.5 acres.

The land is well bound and secured by fencing, trees and hedging and is accessed via a gate at the north east corner of the land.
