Negotiator Support – Residential Sales (Maternity Contract)
A fantastic opportunity for a Negotiator Support to cover a maternity placement in our Howth Road Residential Sales team. We are looking for a self-starter with drive and ambition, capable of working on their own initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an expanding organisation as it may open further opportunities for future career progression.
The Role:
- Receive written offers from perspective purchasers on strictly without prejudice basis (with directly overseen by a licenced employee)
- Pass on offers to vendors only with permission of licensee (with directly overseen by a licenced employee)
- Provide directions to a property, weekend viewings when necessary.
- Compile brochures and advertising materials where the details to be included are provided by a licensee and the final proof signed off by the licensee
- Provide brochures and marketing material to prospective buyers, material provided by a licensee or any other third party
- Inform prospective buyers of how they can make an offer
- Show properties only
- Issue receipts for deposits where acceptance of the deposit payment has been expressly approved by the licensee
- Following up on viewings maintaining a KPI of 24hours
- Follow up on applicants within Reapit system & manage applicants Assist with organisation of weekend viewings when necessary.
- Attend appointments when necessary
- Providing excellent level of customer service
- Taking inbound/making outbound calls, dealing with email enquiries
- Responsible for front of office duties including meet and greet/liaising with potential clients who call into the office
- Confirm all appointments & inspections with negotiators and vendors if necessary
- Brochure Display, Window Display
- Update and maintain house List and collate same for distribution
The Candidate:
- Audio Typing experience mandatory with min. 65 wpm and excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience in a busy working environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills required
- First-rate customer services skills with an outstanding ability to liaise with directors, clients
- Available for evening & Saturday viewings

- A keen interest in residential sales
- A positive attitude towards their work
- Willingness to work as part of an interactive team
- An ability to build and maintain good networks internally and externally
- Demonstrate excellent communication both verbal and written skills and hold excellent interpersonal skills
- Assess priorities within their own work area
- Handles routine work with limited supervision
