Lisney is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with the skills to produce economic and property market research, along with bespoke consultancy advice, while also co-ordinating the department’s WIP
Day to day – what the role looks like:
- Co-ordinating Lisney’s research department WIP, ensuring it is completed on-time and to the highest possible standards.
- Ensuring the weekly / monthly / quarterly routine tasks of the department are completed by the team, while also carrying out some of these tasks personally, to include:
- Monitoring and analysing property and economic data.
- Liaising with residential and commercial property agency teams to obtain market insight.
- Producing Lisney’s regular market reports.
- Producing bespoke consultancy advice reports on a range of property-related topics.
- Providing input and co-ordinating pitches and tender across sectors.
- Responding to requests for information from Lisney staff, clients, the media and other parties.
What you will need to apply:
- Masters or undergraduate degree in one of the following; property, economics, commerce, or similar area.
- Must have at least three years’ experience.
- Must show enthusiasm for all aspects of the property market, infrastructure and the built environment.
- Ability to think and work independently, as well as fit into a team structure, while also guiding more junior members of staff.
- Experience of achieving targets working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent writing skills are essential and can be demonstrated in previous work. Particular attention must be given to the correct use of syntax, brand voices and the end reader.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Experience in analysing data, identifying trends and communicating findings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proof-reading abilities.
- Must be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. A knowledge of ArcGIS is desirable.
