Day to day – what the role looks like:
- Undertake Red Book valuations and portfolio valuations for secured lending / financial reporting purposes.
- Assisting with the preparation of valuation reports, rent reviews and other professional services.
- Liaising with potential investors and clients and assisting with the winning of new business.
- Attending and participating in all meetings.
- Assisting generally with valuations, rent reviews and other professional services offered by the company.
- Assisting with inspections on surveys including measurement and calculation of floor areas. and preparation of draft reports. Assist with the production of the annual rental indices.
- Responsible within the department for the upkeep and recording of comparable investment transactions and current availability.
- Inputting new instructions, comparable evidence from other agents and newspapers.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest professional standard in the context of the applicable external and internal requirements.
- Assisting in the valuation of all types of commercial property & land.
- Attending departmental meetings.
- Demonstrating excellent knowledge of all services generally offered by the company.
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annually written reports for clients.

What you will need to apply:
- Post-Leaving Honours Certificate qualification in a property related field recognised by the PSRA (e.g. Bolton Street DIT, LIT etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Word with ability to learn new processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in both written and oral English.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Self-motivation and possess a drive to succeed in this interesting role.
- Fast typing speed, ability to create reports, legal documents, letters of correspondence with ease and great attention to detail.
- Full clean drivers licence.
