Lisney Property Management were engaged by the owner investor to provide Service Charge administration, property management and rent collection services.

This property, a 10,000 sqft office building on Model Farm Road, recently acquired by an investment company, needed to implement a new Service Charge arrangement for incoming tenants.  Lisney Property Management established a new SC and maintenance budget and apportioned it appropriately to each tenant.  Full financial administration together with facility management services are provided by Lisney and costs are met from the SC contributions.  PM services include:
