Lisney Property Management were engaged by the owner investor to provide Service Charge administration, property management and rent collection services.
This property, a 10,000 sqft office building on Model Farm Road, recently acquired by an investment company, needed to implement a new Service Charge arrangement for incoming tenants. Lisney Property Management established a new SC and maintenance budget and apportioned it appropriately to each tenant.
