Lisney were engaged by client CRH for strategic advice on disposals for approx. 300 acres of the existing Huntstown Quarry just off the N2 and close to the M50.

The site comprises of 300 acres of the existing Huntstown Quarry just off the N2 and close to the M50, zoned for Heavy Industrial use and is a currently operating quarry with additional existing occupiers that include Energia & Panda.

Lisney were engaged to assist in the general master planning of the lands to maximise the land sales, examine the opening up and improvement of infrastructure to the lands and advise on any future uses and planning permissions.

We have facilitated the recent sale by tender of 11.17ha (27.59 acres) of fully serviced lands with direct access from the Java Coffee roundabout on the Cappagh/Kilshane Road, sold for in excess of the guide price of 6m.
