As marketing agents for ground floor retail opportunities in Royal Canal Park, a vibrant urban quarter located on the banks of Dublin’s Royal Canal, Lisney successfully brought the sale of Unit 7, Spindrift Avenue to completion in March 2020. From initial marketing of the property, liaising with interested parties and conducting viewings, a suitable purchaser was secured.
Lisney’s continuous role involved engaging with all parties to help progress this leasehold sale through the negotiation and legal process. The new occupant, The Warehouse Ladies Hair Salon, is a welcome addition to residents and visitors of the area. In the interim, two further units have been sale agreed and Lisney continues to work on behalf of Ballymore to enhance the retail offering in this highly accessible location.
