Lisney has been instructed by the Salvation Army to offer for sale by Formal Tender the former Salvation Army Hall on Lower Abbey Street, which has been vacant for a number of years. Lisney is quoting €750,000 to purchase the property with full vacant possession. A tender date has been set for Friday 27th February at 12 noon.
