Ausra Marcelyte

Ausra is a Divisional Director specialising in research and data analytics within Lisney’s Research & Consultancy Department. She joined Lisney in November 2021 and works across the commercial property market, analysing trends, maintaining Lisney market databases, managing the Lisney Commercial Rent Indices and producing research across all property sectors.

She also prepares bespoke research reports and delivers detailed data and location analysis for clients, while supporting Lisney’s internal teams on a wide range of client assignments. Using Excel, Python, ArcGIS and other analytical tools, she turns complex datasets into clear market commentary, mapping and visualisations that provide practical insight and inform decision-making.

Before joining Lisney, Ausra worked with Cushman & Wakefield Ireland and TWM across investment, valuation and professional services. Her experience includes fund valuations, development appraisals, commercial property sales and acquisitions, and the asset management of client property portfolios.

Ausra combines commercial property experience with advanced skills in data analysis, software development and geospatial analysis. This allows her to assess property markets from both a traditional real estate and technical perspective, applying data-led methods to identify trends, interpret market activity and produce clear, practical insights. She is currently completing the A.CRE Accelerator to further strengthen her commercial real estate financial modelling and investment analysis skills.
