Senior Research Analyst, Research & Consultancy
Ausra is a Senior Research Analyst within Lisney’s Research Department in the Head office. She joined the company in November 2021 and is responsible for market statistics, and various market reports, including quarterly updates on all sectors of the market and commercial rent indices.
Ausra previously worked with Cushman & Wakefield Ireland and TWM in both the investment and professional services departments, where she gained a broad range of experience focusing on Fund Valuations. Ausra also has experience in sales and acquisitions of investment assets and valuations of all types of real estate properties, including commercial, residential and development appraisals. Most recently, Ausra gained experience in the asset management of key clients’ property portfolios comprising both owned and leased assets. Ausra has served on the Sustainability Working Group in the SCSI.
