Brendan joined Lisney as a property and market manager in October ’22, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, and property management.
Providing maintenance services to many businesses in the Munster region and the UK while running his own business for over 10 years. Brendan is fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority, with a wealth of experience in managing owner-management companies.
He graduated with a Diploma from Cork College of FEC with SCSI in Auctioneering & Property Services, NEBOSH Health and Safety General Certificate, and a BIFM Diploma in Facilities Management from the Portobello Institute in Dublin
Brendan has worked in all facets of the property industry both Residential and Commercial.
