Gerard O’Callaghan

Gerard is a Director of Commercial Agency in our Cork Office and is a member of both the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He holds a Bachelors of Science (Surveying) from the University of Dublin and Diploma in Property Economics from DIT Bolton Street.

With over a 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Gerard brings with him a deep understanding of the Cork market, having advised on a wide range of transactions across the office, retail, industrial, and development land sectors
