Harry Talbot is a Graduate Surveyor in the Capital Markets team at Lisney. Harry brings a keen interest in investment strategy to his work. He is passionate about delivering results-driven advice and contributing to both continued success of Lisney’s clients and the growth of Lisney through strategic analysis and transaction support.
Before joining Lisney, Harry worked in Hotels Team at CBRE, where he has undertaken Hotel valuations for clients including; The Doyle Collection, Archer Capital, MHL Hotel Collection and Starwood Capital to name a few among numerous one off hotel, hostel and resort valuations. Harry worked across the Hotels team and has been involved on both the Valuation and Advisory side of the team supporting deals.
Underlying his experience, Harry graduated with a MSc in Real Estate from TUD Bolton Street. He is currently working towards achieving Chartered status through the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
