Jennifer joined Lisney in May 2022 and is a Property Manager based in our Cork office. She received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Dublin Institute of Technology and the University of Dublin, specialising in International Marketing and German and a Postgraduate in Computer Science from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Jennifer is currently pursuing a two-year Bachelor of Arts in French at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in property management. Her experience includes the management of a commercial office park in Atlanta, Georgia consisting of over one million square feet. She spent almost 12 years in the United States before moving back to Ireland in October 2019. Jennifer has considerable experience in Owners Management Companies and the management/administration of over 600 residential units.
Jennifer will implement the company’s ESG and sustainability initiatives ensuring alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB). She will assist on projects such as energy reduction projects to reduce building operating costs, environmental compliance and tenant engagement.
During her time in the US, Jennifer was a Board Member of GiGi’s Playhouse Atlanta, a Down syndrome achievement centre that offers free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. She chaired two (2) fundraising both raising over $400,000 for GiGi’s Playhouse Atlanta.
