Patrick Hughes
Director, Valuation and Advisory
Patrick is a Director in Lisney’s Valuation & Advisory Department where he specialises in commercial and residential property valuations, compulsory land acquisition for infrastructural projects and compulsory purchase and compensation representation. Recent experience includes instructions on behalf of AIB, Bank of Ireland, PTSB, Hines, GSA, TII and large loan book valuations.
He started his career with Lisney in 2012 in the Commercial Agency Department before moving to the Valuation and Professional Services Department. He moved to the UAE in 2018 where he specialised in commercial valuations and eminent domain projects in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia, before re-joining Lisney in 2020.
Patrick holds a BSc Degree in Property Economics from the Technological University Dublin (previously DIT). Patrick is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
