Shane O’ Connor

Director and Head of Development Land, Development Land

Shane is a Director and heads up the Development Land team and specialises in the disposal and acquisition of development land for a range of corporate developer and investor clients.

He joined Lisney in 2024 and previously worked for CBRE for 6 years where he was involved in the acquisition and disposal of land and properties throughout Ireland and Europe.

He has previously worked with AstraZeneca, Silent Aire/Johnson Controls and STERIS on projects in Ireland and has also worked extensively with several multinational data centre operators on land acquisition projects both in Ireland and across EMEA and APAC.

He holds a BSc in Surveying from TU Dublin and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
