I just wanted to send a quick note regarding one of your staff, Barry Flood. I feel he deserves our thanks and acknowledgment after helping us through a particularly complicated sale. Put simply, Barry went above and beyond for us every step of the way, and calmly and professionally guided us through a very stressful few months. He was an expert negotiator, helping get us a price well above asking. He never once failed to call us back, usually within moments, and in fact often called or texted well after office hours when we needed advice. I think he was even in touch with my wife on his wedding day! People are so quick to complain these days but rarely give credit where it’s due, and I’ve been meaning to write something like this to someone in Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty ever since we closed the sale. I hope you realise you’ve got an excellent staff member in Barry, he’s a credit to your company.
