Both were complicated and while we could at this time close one sale, we have to call out the outstanding professionalism of Ann Marie. Her negotiation skills / engagement, planning strategy going to market and sensitivity ensured we had the best experience.  Issues with title, purchasers trying to renegotiate made it difficult but it was so well managed I have to say we left it all to her as we totally trusted her. From our first day meeting Anne Marie she blew us away how capable and professional she represented Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty. We felt we were in such capable hands.

We previously worked by default with another well known estate agency but she has totally changed this for us.  We would happily entrust our property with Ann-Marie and your team at a future date.
