I would like to pass on my comments having dealt with Tracey on the sale of my house recently.

We contacted three companies in our area. We ruled out one early on and met representatives of the other two, Tracey being one of them. We were very impressed by her friendliness and her confidence that the house would sell quickly, given her knowledge of a number of buyers interested in the area. The other company urged us to spend on decorating the house pre-sale but we were not keen, feeling it would probably sell on its potential alone – in particular, a very big garden and garage. Tracey assured us that prospective buyers would bid strongly on these factors and on the expansion capacity. Tracey never gave the impression we were only one of a number of clients but rather gave undivided attention to us at all times, alongside daily emails/calls to update us. We would definitely recommend Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty to a friend based on our overall experience with Tracey and the Terenure office.
