Lisney identified a similar operator with stores in key locations, who was looking to dispose of their leaseholds.

Oxfam acquired the leaseholds in locations such as Omni Park Shopping Centre, The Square in Tallaght, and St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre,

all of which had break options or leases with expiry dates within five years, providing flexibility for future decisions.
