My decision to sell was kicked-off when I saw a property that better suited my lifestyle and family. Efficient and effective Ann-Marie considered and addressed any queries providing clear direction or advice, never over-promising yet ably progressing the sale as per our brief and strategy until offers reached upper market-value. Constraints such as my demanding schedule were noted and navigated without impact to the many private viewings requested by bidders. This in a busy home with exam students; hyper puppy and our very ill cat. Any requests made were accommodated with careful professionalism and though there were many interactions required, Ann-Marie buffered us from the impact, reverting promptly with updates. Her keen attention to the sale remained consistent from beginning to end.

Critically I felt assured when considering final offers that reliable buyers having mortgage approval bona fides and evidencing the ability to close within weeks had been checked as best sale price secured did not remove me from a position of being in sell to buy chain. Having years of experience, Ann-Marie’s knowledge of this market is impressive but it was her can-do approach and powerhouse of positivity which assured of our optimum outcome.
