Lisney is bringing a residential site at Arbour Hill (Dublin 7) onto the market and is seeking the best and final offers by Wednesday 10th February.

The site has been in the ownership of the same family for 50 years and they now wish to effect an early sale. The site was first launched over a year ago however the sale had been postponed as a result of a delay in obtaining the First Registration of the title with the Property Registration Authority. A sale was previously agreed at €2.7 million early last year but didn’t proceed. Title issues have been resolved and Lisney is seeking the best and final offers.

Ross Shorten and JP Flynn of Lisney report that a good deal of interest has been expressed in building out the scheme for which permission has been granted and he expects that good interest will be shown on the 10th. Although the existing permission expires in August 2016 it has not previously been extended and the scheme remains attractive with market appeal.
