Lisney is delighted that the receiver of the Boland’s Quay site in Dublin 2 has said that they are aiming to appoint a main contractor to the site by the end of July.

In January, Lisney were appointed as joint letting agents. Boland’s Quay will provide three new buildings comprising about 36,851 square metres of office, residential, retail and cultural space. The project is due for completion in 2018.
