The opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic undergraduate student to join our Commercial Real Estate team for a 3-month placement from March to June 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading property consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals across a range of commercial property disciplines.

The successful candidate will support the team with property inspections, data analysis, client reporting, and administrative tasks while developing a strong understanding of the commercial property market. This placement will provide valuable exposure to property valuation, agency, investment, asset management, and client relationship management.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in Year 3 of Property Economic (Valuation Surveying) on TUD.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the commercial property sector.
