The opportunity:

Lisney Pathway to Property is a supported route into commercial real estate for people from non-property backgrounds interested in building a career in the industry. No property experience required. Applicants can come from any academic or professional background.

Each year, up to three candidates will join the programme, working in our Dublin or Cork commercial teams while studying towards a recognised property qualification.

You ask questions, enjoy learning and are comfortable with unfamiliar information

Ready to contribute

You bring different skills, experience or perspectives to our business

What the programme gives you

Funded Qualification

Lisney covers the cost of an approved property-related qualification

Flexible study route

Agree a suitable full-time or part-time course from the SCSI-recognised list

Work while you learn

Join Lisney in an entry-level role alongside your studies

Build practical experience

Work alongside a mentor and gain exposure to different areas of the property market

Progress

After successful completion of the qualification, progress to the Lisney Graduate Programme
