The property is located within an area zoned Objective Z6 ‘to provide for the creation and protection of enterprise and facilitate opportunities for employment creation’, under the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 and is suitable for a wide range of commercial and residential uses subject to planning permission. The property was of significant interest to both developers and investors who were seeking to either develop the lands under its current zoning or seek a rezoning of the property to Residential.

Lisney advised on and executed a national marketing campaign across print and digital media and with Lisney’s expert advice and market knowledge the sale was concluded by a “Best Bids” process at a value significantly in excess of the guide price of €3.5m.
