29th September 2016
Today saw the launch of Naas Enterprise Park in Naas Co Kildare – formerly known as Tougher’s Business Park.
Park agents Lisney and O’Neill & Co held a meet-and-greet for current business occupiers along with Kildare and Dublin based agents.
Over €1m has been invested in the park which was acquired by York Capital Management in January 2016.
The investment has resulted in much needed improvements such as new surfacing on the entrance road, improved signage and improved landscaping, materially enhancing the environment for current occupiers who include Primark, Mercury Engineering, Domino’s Pizza, DSV, NCT, Eir Flowers, National Council for the Blind, HSE and Conlan BMW.
Naas Enterprise Park comprises of over 100 occupiers, 1.5 million sq. ft. of industrial and office accommodation and is currently employing over 5,000 people.
The Park is situated in the heart of the central logistics area of the country and offers ease of access to the M7 motorway leading to all arterial routes to the north, west and south of the country.
According to John McIntyre of Lisney “The new owners have invested over €1m on upgrading the Enterprise Park and there is healthy interest from new occupiers as a result of the significant investment and new management structure within the park”.
