Deborah is a Divisional Director working in Lisney’s Commercial office agency department. Deborah joined Lisney in 2015 following experience within the industry, in areas such as valuations, asset management and development land and consultancy. She has been actively involved in the acquisition and disposal of office space on behalf of a number of clients. Deborah also provides advice and representation in relation to rent reviews and lease renewals.

Some notable landlords Deborah has represented include Irish Life, Spear Street, Aviva, State Street, U&I and Chinnor. Her recent key instructions include Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Founders Yard and 140 Pembroke Road.

Deborah has also represented tenants in the acquisition and disposal of accommodation and in landlord and tenant negotiations and re-gears. Deborah represents tenants such as Wells Fargo, HSE, Caceis, NTMA, Zoetis, Central Bank, Irish Heart Foundation and Savvi.
