Paul Hipwell

Paul is a Director in the Office Agency Department and specialises in the transactional end of the business dealing primarily with sales, lettings and acquisitions on a daily basis. Paul also conducts rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of clients and thus has the capability to provide clients with a full rounded service with complete but straight forward advice.

He joined Lisney in 1998 and was appointed a Divisional Director in 2003. He is a leading and highly respected professional in his field.

Paul has over 18 years experience working as an office agent and has represented a number of property owners in letting their properties and portfolios including: Blackstone; National Asset Management Agency; Real I.S.; StateStreet; JJ Rathigan & co.; Channor; Treasury Holdings; Sean Dunne; Liam Carroll; Royal Dublin Society.

A leading part of Paul’s focus is on tenant representation for companies requiring office space.
